Worcester Police officer Manny Familia's name will be placed on the National Law Enforcement Memorial Wall in May during Police Week in Washington.

Manny Familia drowned in the line of duty as he attempted to save a teenage boy from driving back in June. Today Amazon donated money to help ensure it never happens again.

 Thanks to a donation by an anonymous local business, the town has two so-called Manny’s Boxes that are filled with life-saving tools to be placed near swimming areas.
